Easy Check Referencing Ltd will at all times endeavour to provide the services and response times promoted on the web site, and we will not be responsible for damages or any losses arising from insufficient, inaccurate and late information provided to the client, whether by error or negligence of Easy Check Referencing Ltd and its employees.
Payment Terms
All invoices will be settled by the client within 30 days of receipt of any invoice.
Easy Check Referencing Ltd will not provide further services to any client until all outstanding invoices have been settled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Easy Check Referencing Ltd may charge interest on all overdue sums, on a monthly basis at 3% above the Bank of England base rate, until payment is made in full.
Force Majeure
The performance of this contract is subject to variation or cancellation by Easy Check Referencing Ltd due to circumstances beyond our control, including any act of God, strikes, war, governmental regulations, national emergencies, lockouts, fire, flood, drought or any other cause, or due to any inability by Easy Check Referencing Ltd to perform the contract and Easy Check Referencing Ltd will not be held responsible for any inability to comply with the contract caused by such contingency.
